Terms of Service & Refund Policy

Welcome to Havek Hub

By purchasing, accessing, or using our digital license keys, scripts, loader software, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not purchase or use our Services.

1. Digital License and Key Delivery

• Instant Fulfillment: Upon successful payment confirmation through our store or authorized payment processors (including SellApp), a unique, digital license key ("Premium Key") is automatically generated and delivered to the email address provided during checkout.
• Access Rights: The Premium Key grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Havek Hub software for the duration specified in your purchase plan.
• Receipt of Goods: By finalizing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that delivery of the digital license key constitutes full and complete fulfillment of our obligation to deliver the product.

2. Hardware ID (HWID) Binding and Security

• Single-Device Lock: Each Premium Key is strictly bound to the Hardware Identification (HWID) of the computer/device on which it is first activated.
• Sharing Prohibited: You are strictly prohibited from sharing, distributing, transferring, or selling your Premium Key or account credentials to any third party. Sharing keys will result in automated, permanent suspension of the key without warning or refund.
• HWID Resets: HWID resets are subject to security checks to prevent abuse and key sharing. We reserve the right to approve or deny HWID reset requests at our sole discretion.

3. Strict No-Refund Policy

• Digital Nature of Goods: Due to the intangible, digital nature of the software and the immediate delivery of license keys, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credits under any circumstances once a payment is completed.
• Key Consumption: Once a license key has been generated and/or emailed to the Customer, the product is considered "opened" and consumed. This is a non-retractable digital asset.
• Compatibility: It is the Customer's sole responsibility to ensure that their operating system, device, and software environment meet the requirements necessary to run our Services prior to purchasing. Failure to run the script due to system incompatibility does not qualify for a refund.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Attempt to crack, reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, disassemble, or bypass the licensing system or obfuscation layers of the Havek Hub loader and scripts.
• Use the Services for any commercial distribution, resale, or sub-licensing.
• Use automated bots to scrape, spam, or attack the Havek Hub website, APIs, or database systems.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

• "As-Is" Service: Our Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation of the scripts.
• Third-Party Game Clients: You acknowledge that our Services are designed to interact with third-party software and game clients (such as Roblox). We are not responsible for any actions taken by third-party platforms against your account (including bans, suspensions, resets, or terminations) as a result of using our Services. You use our scripts at your own risk.
• Game Updates: Game clients frequently update. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain and update Havek Hub to match game versions, we do not guarantee that the software will remain functional indefinitely or immediately after a game update. Temporary downtime for maintenance does not entitle the Customer to refunds or extension of subscription time.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country/region where the store owner resides, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or disputes arising from these Terms must be filed in the appropriate local courts of the store owner's jurisdiction.
